Please explain a time proverb in your culture.

I think time is very important for our culture. So there is the word "Time it money."

What do the following proverbs mean:
a. Time is money.時は金なり
b. A stitch in time saves nine.今日の一針は九針縫う手間を省く
c. There's no time like the present.d.Let's meet at 今が好機だ

If I'm not there by 5, leave without me at 6, and I'll be there at 7.

    I think so too.
    We can lose our time easily, but to get time is so difficult.
